Heated Upper Platen

Time:
21 seconds
Temperature:
360°F
Pressure:
Medium-Firm
Cover Sheet:
FlexStyle Silicone Pad or 1/8" Foam Pad
Instructions:
Pre-heat bottom platen for 60 seconds and fabric for 20 seconds.

Heated Upper & Lower Platen

Time:
30-45 seconds
Upper:
280°F
Lower:
320°F
Pressure:
Medium-Firm
Cover Sheet:
FlexStyle Silicone Pad or 1/8" Foam Pad

Cap Press

Time:
20-30 seconds
Temperature:
360°F
Pressure:
Medium

Instructions:
Pre-heat the lower platen for 60 seconds. Load cap and pre-heat 20 seconds. Cover with Flex Pad and press.

Special Notes

For best results, Stahls' recommends applying with a heated lower platen.

Washability/Care Instructions

Print Stitch Patches will withstand at least 50 domestic washing cycles. Machine wash cold, inside-out, using mild detergent.

Material/Fabric Compatibility

Heat Applied: Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends
Pressure Sensitive: Smooth surfaces on hard goods

Pressure Sensitive (Sticker) Application Instructions

  • Make sure the application area is thoroughly cleaned. Rubbing alcohol can be used.
  • Remove paper backing and press firmly on the desired location.
  • For best results, please allow at least 24 hours cure time.

Additional Information

For use on smooth, hard surfaces. Not recommended for surfaces that may contain an oil finish such as silicone or any type of outdoor goods.
