The Live Chat customer service is a great tool for locating things on the website. Anything past that, you have to set and hold the persons hand to explain what you need, as they do not seem to ask any questions to try to figure out what you want if their first answer doesn't work. It's like pulling teeth to get any assistance that doesn't involve copying and pasting a link.

Yes, they do not have each piece individually labeled, but the pieces are in the order of the list on the first cardstock "title" piece. Yes, it would be great to have labels, but i just write on the back of them myself. (and if they had to do that, I don't think they would be free!)

I couldn't agree more. I got my swatches and they are so nice but I have no idea what it is I would need to order. Really need some labels on these.

I bought these swatches and I like them, but my only problem with them is that I have no idea what color I am looking at because they are not labeled. Please add labels it would help a lot. Thanks. :)
