Can I get help with my artwork?
Yes! If issues with your artwork are found, you’ll be alerted in the Artwork Information section during proofing. You can either upload new artwork or choose to have an artist review and assist you for a fee. If artist help is not selected prior to ordering, artwork will be printed as it is supplied. Will colors be an exact match?
No, exact color matching is not provided. UltraColor® MAX transfers are printed in CMYK. You do NOT need to convert your colors into CMYK. If you submit artwork in RGB or Pantone colors, the production process will automatically convert to CMYK when printing. While the conversion is very good, we encourage a sample run first if you have any concerns about specific coloring.

Most UltraColor® MAX transfer orders will ship out the next business day if you place your order by midnight. Single customer order volume is currently limited to $600 for next business day shipping. Orders totaling more than $600, even if separated into multiple order submissions, will result in additional business days for production. Actual ship times will be provided during checkout.

UltraColor® MAX transfers arrive by the sheet, rolled in a tube for protection during transit. Individual designs are not pre-cut.

UltraColor® MAX transfers are lab tested to withstand 50 washes. For longer life, we recommend cold wash and tumble dry low settings.
