Size:
We offer two sheet sizes: 9″ x 12.75″ and 12″ x 12″.
All artwork uploaded must fit within one of these dimensions.
While not required, we recommend sending your file at the desired print size for best results.
Text:
Before sending, we recommend converting all text to curves or outlines.
Colors:
Select from one of our 25 stock ink colors.
Each print can only use one color, but the same design can be printed in multiple different ink colors.
Line Thickness:
The minimum thickness for printed areas is .007″.
Show-Thru Thickness:
The minimum thickness for non-printing cavity areas is .014″.
Special Effects:
Please note that some special effects, such as fades and shading, cannot be produced with screen printing.
If your artwork includes these effects, consider using UltraColor MAX™ DTF transfers instead.
File Types and Proofing:
Preferred File Types: .AI, .SVG, .PDF
Instant Proof: Upload vector artwork for instant proof and immediate ordering capability.

Raster Artwork: Uploading raster artwork will take 24-48 hours to receive a proof and will be assessed for a $26 raster fee.

What are the sheet sizes?
9” x 12.75” or 12” x 12” sheet sizes are available.
Can you do gang sheets?
No. Inktra® Screen Printed Transfers are for single images only.
Can you apply to any color garment and material?
Inktra® Screen Printed Transfers can be applied to any color garment.
They can apply to 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton/poly blends, tri-blends, lycra®/spandex, and nylon.
What ink colors are available? Can I order in a custom PMS?
No. Inktra® Screen Printed Transfers are only available in stock ink colors, please see see our available colors.
Does the transfer have an adhesive?
Yes.
What is the order minimum?
50 pieces.
How fast do they ship?
Two business days after order is placed.
Can I order in Easy View® LTE?
No. Easy View® LTE is only available for UltraColor MAX™ DTF transfers at this time.
Will the transfers arrive on a sheet or individually cut?
All Inktra® Screen Printed Transfers will arrive individually cut into transfers at no additional charge.
Are color changes available?
Yes, customers can order the same artwork in different colors without uploading new art.
Price breaks per image are based on the art, size, and color, different colored versions will not be combined for a higher price break.
Can you print more than one color?
No. Inktra® Screen Printed Transfers are single color only.
How long do they last?
Inktra® Screen Printed Transfers are very durable and tested to last 50+ wash cycles.
How do I apply 100% Cotton & Cotton/Poly Blends?
• Temperature: 325°F / 163°C
• Time: 7 seconds
• Pressure: Firm (70-90 PSI)
• Peel: Hot
For best results, preheat garments to remove excess moisture and wrinkles before application.
Make sure your heat press is set to the correct temperature before applying.
How do I apply Heat Sensitive Fabrics? (100% Polyester, Tri-Blends, Sublimated Polyester, Lycra®/Spandex, Nylon)
• Temperature: 285°F / 140°C
• Time: 7 seconds
• Pressure: Firm (70-90 PSI)
• Peel: Hot
For best results, preheat garments to remove excess moisture and wrinkles before application.

Can I apply with an iron?
We strongly discourage the use of anything other than a heat press for application to achieve professional printed results.
Consistent time, temperature, and pressure are essential for screen printed heat transfers.
How do I order?
Begin by uploading your design in the artwork uploader.
Vector artwork will receive an automatic proof for immediate approval and will be ready to order right away.
Raster artwork will be assessed, and a proof will be sent within 24-48 hours.
Once you approve your proof, you can place your order.
