Care Instructions

Machine wash using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean.

Express Print

Stahls’ is the first company in the imprinted sportswear industry to have a rigorous lab certification process. Depending on the material, we run tests based on these parameters: safety, durability, and performance. The materials are rated on a scale from 1 to 5, 5 being the highest rating.

Can I print on Express Print using an Epsom 750?
A:
Express Print is intended for use with solvent or eco-solvent based inks and large format printers. For desktop inkjet printers, try our inkjet transfer papers.
Q:
How long do digital transfers last? Will they crack or fade?
A:
Stahls' printable heat transfer materials (digital transfers) have been lab tested and have received a rating of 50 in the washability test.
Q:
What material do you recommend for spandex?
A:
We have several heat transfer materials that heat apply to spandex. The best recommendation is Super Film, however, Premium Plus and Gorilla Grip may also be used. See the material fabric compatibility chart to further narrow your selections.

For a printable material, we recommend Opaque. You can also use our material selection chart to determine the proper material for your needs.
Q:
What product would I use for heat application to polypropylene bags?
A:
For polypropylene bags we recommend Premium Plus™ or Express Print. You can also use the material selection chart to determine the proper material for your needs.
Q:
What type of inks can be used to print on your CAD-COLOR® line of printable media?
A:
We recommend Eco-Solvent and Solvent based inks for all printable heat transfer materials. Resin inks can be used with Opaque and Metallic.

What color profiles should I use when printing on CAD-COLOR® printable materials?
A:
You can download the color profiles for your print/cut system here.

How do I choose the proper CAD-COLOR® material for the substrate I am using?
A:
You can use our material selection chart to determine the proper material for your needs.

How long should media dry before cutting?
A:
Depending on the media, you should cure for no less than two hours.
