Care Instructions

Machine wash using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Cutting Notes

Remove pink plastic liner. For best results, perform a test cut prior to any production run. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/8” for lettering & logos.

Multi-Color Designs

Before the final application, align second color, heat apply, & peel carrier. Repeat for additional colors. Finish with final application step.

Q:
Why are designs not cutting smoothly and leaving ragged edges?
A:
First, check that your blade does not need to be replaced, then verify that you are using the proper cutting guidelines for the material you are cutting. If this doesn't solve the problem, it could be the amount of nodes in the design. To reduce the number of nodes in a design you will need to use your graphics program's node edit tool.
Q:
What is the difference between Heat Printing Pillows and Print Perfect Pads?
A:
Both products are helpful for heat application when working with items that have seams, collars, buttons, or zippers. They lift the print area of your substrate, making the surface smooth and even. This is critical to a successful application.

Heat Printing Pillows have a foam center core covered with a non-stick sheet and are best used for inserting between layers of mesh jerseys.

Print Perfect Pads are made from silicone rubber and are more rigid. They are ideal for placing inside pocket areas of clothing or bags. They can be cut down to fit the size of the item being printed.
Q:
What caused my material to bunch while cutting?
A:
On a vinyl cutter, be sure the pinch rollers are locked down, securing the edges of your material to allow for continuous feed.
