A:
Pre-heating your garment removes the chemicals and moisture that may be in the garment due to manufacturing. Also, pre-heating assures a wrinkle free surface for heat application.
Q:
What caused my material to bunch while cutting?
A:
On a flatbed cutter, this may be caused by your adhesive sheets losing tackiness. Adhesive sheets should be replaced.

How do I know if my order is shipping from Michigan or Arizona?
