Q:
I have a client who would like to have a logo custom cut in a reflective material. What reflective colors do you carry? The logo is 1" x 1". Can you do this?
A:
Reflective is offered in silver only in the Cad-Cut® Custom product offering. Upload your artwork at upload.stahlsid.com and a representative will let you know if it can be cut, based on the size and level of detail in the design.
Q:
I know the size of my design. How can I get an estimate?
A:
For a quote, upload your image to upload.stahlsid.com and fill out some basic information and a customer service rep will call you with a quote.
Q:
I recently purchased a garment decoration business. Can I use artwork purchased by the previous owner?
A:
A letter of authorization from the previous owner giving you permission to use previously purchased artwork would be needed.
Q:
If I send you a copyrighted or trademarked logo, can you cut it for me?
A:
The unauthorized use of registered trademarks and copyrighted logos or designs is illegal. When creating a product which incorporates these logos, we do reserve the right to ask for written permisson.
Q:
I received my Custom Made Easy order, but I didn’t know that they were all separate pieces. What do I do?
A:
A good tool to help with the layout is the Layout Board. It may take an extra few minutes but the design will look great.Next time you may want to try Kiss Cut® when ordering twill or pre-spaced for vinyl material. Both arrive pre-aligned for easy placement.
Q:
Why does the price of my logos change when I reorder?
A:
Pricing is based on the quantity, size, and media used. Should any of these variables change, your price can also change.
Q:
Is there a minimum order for custom cut designs?
A:
Custom Cut and Custom CAD-CUT® orders must be a minimum of six (6) pieces.

What is an appliqué stop?
A:
An appliqué stop is where the needle stops after sewing the garment.
Q:
How do I find my reorder number?
A:
The reorder number is located on the packing slip under the bar code. Reorders can only be placed by calling our Customer Service Department 800-478-2457.
Q:
Does CME come on a carrier?
A:
No. CME orders are individual pieces that require placement onto the garment before application. If you would like a design to be pre-spaced on a carrier, you will want to order our Custom CAD-CUT® Services.
