  • Patches will be a single layer of felt and must have a felt fabric outer edge (border). No area in the design can be left without thread
  • No floating text
  • 25 piece minimum
  • Washability: 25
  • Available in heat applied or pressure sensitive (sticker) options
  • Pre-production physical sample (Limit QTY 1) available for fee
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for a digital proof once art set-up fee is paid

Heated Upper Platen

Time:
20 seconds
Temperature:

Instructions:
Pre-heat bottom platen for 60 seconds and fabric for 20 seconds.

Heated Upper & Lower Platen

Time:
30 seconds
Upper:
280°F
Lower:

Cover Sheet:
FlexStyle Silicone Pad or 1/8" Foam Pad

Cap Press

Time:
20-30 seconds
Temperature:
360°F
Pressure:

Instructions:
Pre-heat the lower platen for 60 seconds. Load cap and pre-heat 20 seconds. Cover with Flex Pad and press.

Special Notes

For best results, Stahls' recommends applying with a heated lower platen.

Washability/Care Instructions

Chenille Patches will withstand at least 25 domestic washing cycles. Machine wash cold, inside-out, using mild detergent.

Material/Fabric Compatibility

Heat Applied: Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends
Pressure Sensitive: Smooth surfaces on hard goods

Pressure Sensitive (Sticker) Application Instructions

  • Make sure the application area is thoroughly cleaned. Rubbing alcohol can be used.
  • Remove paper backing and press firmly on the desired location.
  • For best results, please allow at least 24 hours cure time.

Additional Information

For use on smooth, hard surfaces. Not recommended for surfaces that may contain an oil finish such as silicone or any type of outdoor goods.
