Heat Transfer Toppers- Maximize pressure and heat retention
For use with heat transfer applications only. Snap on and off existing screen print pallet for easy transition from screen-printing to heat transfer application. 3 sizes available to accommodate all screen-printing pallets: 15" x 18", 15" x 22", and 15" x 25"
Non-Stick Sheet- The perfect cushion for every print
This 16" x 35" Teflon® sheet prevents ink from coming in contact with the platen. Mount on the tensioner under the
Stampinator®.
Silcone Pad (blue)- Maximize heat retention and transfer pressure
If not using pallet toppers, the blue 3/8" thick, 16" x 20" silicone pad can be affixed to screen pallet with a heat sensitive glue to be used for applying heat transfers.
Silcone Pad (green)- Distribute pressure and protect delicate materials
Using the green 1/32" thick, 16" x 24" rubber pad allows you to print and stamp over the seams. You can now matte fibers and cure the UB printing on almost anything with a seam such as V-necks, Tank Tops, Ladies and Youth Tees on large pallets.
Heat Conductive Rubber is a unique closed cell silicone sponge that has very fine ceramic particles mixed in the polymer to enhance its thermal properties. This expanded, conductive rubber helps distribute pressure and protect delicate materials in the heat press. The rubber mounts between the Teflon® sheet and the platen.
