Care Instructions
Machine wash, using mild detergent. Do not bleach. Dry at a normal setting on household machines. Do not iron. Thermo-GRIP can be dry cleaned.
Cutting Notes
You should always test cut prior to any production run. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/8” for lettering and logos. For woven nylons, use CAD-CUT Gorilla-Grip II.

Multi-Color Designs
After preheating garment, position background, place cover sheet over graphic, and press for two seconds at 330°. Peel hot. Align second color and replace cover sheet. Repeat for additional colors. Finish by pressing for 8-10 seconds.

Due to the combination of fabrics, weaves, coatings, and dyes used in the textile industry, Stahls’ recommends and provides samples of our heat transfer materials and media for testing.
APPLICATION TIPS
- Synthetic fabrics, including nylons, typically retain moisture. For best adhesion, be sure to preheat your garment until steam stops releasing.

Depending on the material, we run tests based on these parameters: safety, durability, and performance. The materials are rated on a scale from 1 to 5, 5 being the highest rating.

This material is made of 190 micron Polyurethane (PU).

Materials By the Yard are rolls that must be hand cut or used with a flatbed cutter. This material does not have a carrier backing and is typically too long for a vinyl cutter.
