Care Instructions

Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean.

Cutting Notes

Remove pink plastic liner. You should always test cut prior to any production run. Remember cutter settings will need to be adjusted as your blade ages. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/32” for lettering & logos.

Q:
What caused my material to bunch while cutting?
A:
On a vinyl cutter, be sure the pinch rollers are locked down, securing the edges of your material to allow for continuous feed.
Q:
How do I know if my order is shipping from Michigan or Arizona?
A:
The shipping location is indicated in your cart under U.O.M. It will be highligted in red SCS stands for Michigan and GSW stands for Arizona.
Q:
How do I cut backgrounds on my vinyl cutter?
A:
Creating a background layer will involve using a contour tool within a graphic art program. In CorelDRAW®, for example, use the Interactive Contour Tool to create additional layers to the outside of the original object. Keep in mind, when cutting a background layer you will need to perform test cuts and adjust the cutting specifications the same way you would cut a foreground layer.
Q:
Why is it necessary to pre-heat a garment before heat applying?
A:
Pre-heating your garment removes the chemicals and moisture that may be in the garment due to manufacturing. Also, pre-heating assures a wrinkle free surface for heat application.
