This is my second machine. Average life of these machines is 1.5 years, just in time to be out of warranty. Definitely shopping for a different brand. Cuts great when its working, but just does not last very long. Roland customer service is not very helpful if you are out of warranty.

We have been open for over 10 years...never got this machine until about 6 months ago. We may as well be printing money...it has been a fantastic way to bring in more revenue and resolve issues we needed with cost of goods and ability to select our own fonts or cut logos for customers (1 color) We just LOVE our machine...
