The Ambassador Program is a partnership with STAHLS’ that encourages heat printing and promotes brand awareness. We are looking for enthusiastic heat printers who have an established business and love sharing their success with STAHLS’ products on social channels.

Being a STAHLS’ Ambassador means joining an industry leading community committed to heat printing. You will promote quality products and build valuable relationships with apparel decorators.   • Have a current heat printing business and STAHLS’ and/or Transfer Express account
  • Maintain an active social media presence
  • Show STAHLS’ and/or Transfer Express products exclusively in shared content
  • Participate in quarterly meetings & open communication with STAHLS’ team
  • Allow STAHLS' and/or Transfer Express permission to share your content
  • Minimum 1 video & 3 posts per month using #stahlsambassador

Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Ambassador Program

*By applying to the Ambassador Program, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of participation:
  • You are 18 years or older, reside in the United States and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Ambassador Program and STAHLS’ Privacy Policy by checking off the box in the form above and proceeding with your participation.
  • You understand that your application to participate in the Ambassador Program is for the current calendar year only; To participate in subsequent years, you will have to re-apply each calendar year and meet the participation requirements for each subsequent year of the Ambassador Program.
  • You understand that the Ambassador Program is being offered in the full discretion of Stahls’ and the Program can be discontinued by Stahls’ at any time in their sole discretion and without notice to you.
  • You are not eligible for this program if you are a Stahls' or Transfer Express employee, an Authorized Dealer, CAD-CUT Reseller, or Master Distributor.
  • If you are selected to participate in the Ambassador Program, you will be required to participate in quarterly touch-points/meetings with Stahls’; you will also be required to be responsive at all times and maintain open communication channels with Stahls’. As these regular communications are critical to the Ambassador Program, any breach by you of these requirements may result in immediate termination of your participation in the Ambassador Program.
  • If you are selected to participate in the Ambassador Program, you must (i) publish at least one (1) video and at least three (3) posts per month on your social media outlets, and (ii) share your posts and videos with your social media network and within Stahls’ Heat Press for Profit group on Facebook.
  • If posting a live video in the Heat Press for Profit Facebook Group, you agree to modify or delete any content that Stahls’ deems incorrect or inappropriate. You also agree to send Stahls’ the downloaded version of the live video from Facebook after it has been posted. Prior to posting all other types of videos, you agree to send them to Stahls’ for review and incorporate any edits and/or feedback.
  • All Stahls’ related content that you post or share on your own social media accounts must be tagged with a hashtag identifying the Ambassador Program, specifically #stahlsambassador. Please do not add this hashtag to posts in the Heat Press For Profit Group Sponsored by STAHLS’ on Facebook.
  • The videos, posts, materials, designs and artwork, if any, that you share on your social media network must not include licensed, trademarked or copyrighted materials unless you have permission to use them. You are fully responsible and liable for ensuring compliance with copyright and trademark laws and will indemnify Stahls’ for any infringements by you. Stahls' reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Ambassador Program without notice at any time as a result of any issues or concerns related to trademark or copyright infringement by you.
  • You give Stahls’ permission to use your videos, photographs, and content, if any, in its company marketing without further notice to you.
  • You agree that all videos and posts shared on your social media channels and related to Stahls’ and/or tagged to Stahls’ or the Ambassador Program will contain appropriate and non-offensive content and language. You agree that you will immediately remove any posts or videos brought to your attention by Stahls’ as offensive or inappropriate. Your posts and videos will also not be critical of Stahls’ or any of their products or services.
The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for participation:
  • You must be an active Stahls’ and/or Transfer Express customer with at least $5,000 in spend over the past 12 months in equipment and materials or services (equipment only purchases do not qualify).
  • You must have a business or side hustle with heat printing as the primary technology used and featured by you on social media.
  • You must have an existing and active presence on Stahls’ social media channels and must already be posting videos and at a minimum 3 posts monthly.
