With superior stretch and rebound, this low-temp HTV is a great choice for application to performance wear. It can be applied at temperatures as low as 280°, meaning heat-sensitive fabrics like spandex can be decorated without fear of scorching.

CAD-CUT® Premium Plus™ Heat Transfer Vinyl

Low Tack Application Instructions

Time: 8-12 Seconds
Temperature: 280-300°F/138-149°C
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Warm or Cold
Two-Color Tack background 2 seconds, peel warm, place foreground on top, 8 seconds
Note: Power Platen not recommended for use with 100% cotton fabrics. For blends with high cotton content proceed with caution. Test application using upper heat only, if it scorches test using lower heat. Decrease pressure for smaller Power Platen sizes.

High Tack Application Instructions

Time: 8-12 Seconds
Temp: 280-300°F/138-149°C
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Hot
Two-Color 5 seconds, peel hot, next layer 5 seconds, peel hot, cover again, heat apply for 5 seconds
Note: Stahls’ recommends setting your heat press at 280° when heat printing on sensitive fabrics, such as polyester.

Heated Lower Platen Application - 100% Polyester

Lower Platen: 320°F
Upper Platen: 270°F
Time: 10 seconds (depending on thickness of garment)
Pressure: 60 psi (#6/Medium on Hotronix machines)
Peel: Warm for Low Tack; Hot for High Tack
Note: Power Platen not recommended for use with 100% cotton fabrics. For blends with high cotton content proceed with caution. Test application using upper heat only, if it scorches test using lower heat. Decrease pressure for smaller Power Platen sizes.

Heated Lower Platen Instructions for 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex / Triblends
Lower Platen = 290°
Upper Platen = 270°
Time = 30 secs
Pressure = 60 psi (#6/Medium on Hotronix®)
Care Instructions
Machine wash inside-out using mild detergent.
Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry area around 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit with 50% relative humidity. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity. Recommended shelf life is one year.
