User Guide

1-Color Application Instructions

Time: 15 seconds
Temperature: 320°F/160°C
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Hot

2-Color Application Instructions

Time: Tack background 2 seconds, peel hot, place foreground on top, 15 seconds
Temperature: 320°F/160°C
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Hot

Heated Lower Platen

Lower Platen: 320°F
Upper Platen: 250°F
Time: 12-15 seconds (depending on thickness of garment)
Pressure: Medium

Care Instructions
Machine wash inside-out using mild detergent.
Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean.
Store in a cool and dry area around 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit with 50% relative humidity. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity. Recommended shelf life is one year.

Always test cut prior to any production run. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/16" for lettering & logos.

Easy to weed, but bought a large role in order to do multiple shirts and the vinyl peeled right off

You will find it easier to weed Fashion-FILM if you heat the material. A quick way to do this is to heat the lower platen of the heat press and put the material on it to weed. We also offer a heating panel to help with weeding. Another tip is to weed into the cavities of the letters to prevent breaking. Here is a video you can watch to help.
