Don't waste your money

This thing is such a turd. The first one I got showed up missing parts and one laser didn't work, stahl's replaced it no questions asked (nothing bad to say about their customer service). Got my second one and as others said, it's literally impossible to align anything. Once you spend an hour aligning it thinking you can get to work and not worry about it anymore, it comes out of alignment within 3-5 presses and you have to start over again. I even took drastic measures and mounted it overhead and isolated away from any type of movement or vibration, but I realized that was also a waste because if your press isn't bolted to the table it will move slightly with every open (even the big heavy fusion IQ like mine). I've gotten a ton of equipment from stahl's and have been impressed and happy with all of it, but this thing plain sucks.
Could have been great...

The laser lines are easy to see and there's a lot of flexibility in positions and combinations but... The locking mechanism is useless. As other reviewers have stated, as you tighten the locking screws, the laser position changes in all directions. You basically have to hold the laser out of position and hope it ends up where you intended after tightening. There is no way to quickly position the laser into vertical or horizontal alignment as the mount is free to move in all directions.
If you accidentally bump the laser stand you must start over. If your press isn't bolted down to the table, it moves slightly every time you open or close it and you lose alignment. Huge waste of time and money.
good concept, but junk

Worked GREAT for a couple years. Bought in 2015, It quit working so we replaced the power supply...still nothing. Called them again and the nice lady said 'sorry, we don't have parts and can't trouble shoot it. You will have to buy a new one.' Well, isn't that a kick in the ass. Save your time and money, or buy 2, one to use and one to pirate parts from after a couple years.
Nice idea, but AWFUL implementation

Such a great idea. We made our own previously and put it overhead pointing down at the platen. This came with our air fusion but their system is awful. like the other reviewer said, as soon as you tighten the laser...they just move. It is near impossible to line things up. The only way I see to fix this problem is to make it over the garment.

This is such a great tool for alignment! I got a rather sizable order finished in record time (for me) right after it arrived at my door. Once I got the lasers set, there's no second guessing, and the t-shirts looked great! I can see how this may also help me align items for embroidery. The only two negatives: 1) I'm short, so handling the lasers was a little awkward at first because the the height of my table + the height of the lamp does not = the height that's right for me. I plan to fix that. 2) Made in China, but hopefully that will change some day. :) This is a great product, and I highly recommend it.

Love Heat Press Laser Alignment System. this is a great time saver and I get perfect alignment every time. I have had people ask me how all my graphics turn out with perfect placement on all my products.

I thought this was a nice idea.My machine already came with the laser's in,and does work well. When you go to tighten the screw to hold the laser in position you can even tighten it down with an allen wrench. Once you let go it moves and wiggles around so this is no time saver for me as I have to spend 30 minutes trying to get the lasers to stay put.
Great Time Saver

Took a few minutes to put together, but once it is up and running, it is a huge time saver. No longer do you have to guess or measure where your logos go. Just wish I had waited for this new model to come out. The lasers on this new model look to have much more configurable angling of the lasers.
