To place an order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, please visit StahlsID.com. A secure log-in is required to place an order. If you are not a Stahls' ID dealer, click here to download our New Account form or call dealer service at 800.4.STAHLS.
Phone orders are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (EST) by calling 800.4.STAHLS (800.478.2457).
You may also place order using our 24 hour fax line, the number is 800.346.2216. Please request a Fax Information Pack before faxing orders.

How to Place a Custom Order
Stahls' ID Direct™ wants to make it as easy and quick as possible to receive your artwork. Please use upload.stahlsid.com to upload your artwork.
We will also accept orders from fax or mail.

Please include exact dimensions of the final design, faxing distorts sizes. PC / Mac standard floppy disks and recorded CD’s are accepted. Prior to mailing a garment, please call Stahls’ Custom Department for instructions, 800.4.STAHLS.
A Stahls' Service Representative will contact you. We also need to know:

Preparing Custom Artwork
Files can be accepted in the following formats:
• CorelDraw® - We can accept all versions.
• Adobe® Illustrator® - All versions with files saved 5.0/5.5. Files can be saved with either .ai or .eps extension.
• Freehand - Please save files as Adobe® Illustrator® 5.x
• Bitmaps - Files with extensions .jpg, .tif, .gif, and .bmp are acceptable. We cannot accept .DAT files. Bitmaps will be used as a guide from which to digitize clean line art. if sending grayscale or B/W bitmaps, please indicate color placement.
• Embroidery Files - .exp or.dst
All fonts used in the design(s) must be converted to curves / paths.

Please note:
Custom orders are made especially for you. We cannot accept returns on custom product. Please review your paper proof thoroughly. Once your signature is received, indicating your proof is correct, the order will be non-refundable / non-returnable.
Purchasing professional, college, and corporate custom designs for the purpose of profiting from the identity of those designs requires a license. The unauthorized use of registered trademarks and copyrighted logos or designs is illegal. When manufacturing product which incorporates these logos, we assume that you have obtained permission. We do, however, reserve the right to ask for written confirmation of this permission. Stahls' accepts no liability for any unauthorized use of such material. Stahls' ID Direct™ reserves the right to refuse to cut and / or design a dealer's order or parts of an order which are deemed to be offensive or which may allegedly be in violation of any legal statute.

Art Fees
Stahls' will provide you with a quote that includes a set-up fee estimate. Sending electronic artwork to Stahls' via email or regular mail will not waive the set-up fee. Artwork must be modified for cutting purposes. Set-up fee: $25.00 minimum. If more than 1/2 hour is needed to prepare your artwork, additional charges will apply at $25.00 / half hour. Once you sign off on the quote, artwork setup will begin, a paper proof will be provided and the setup fee will be billed to your account. Set-up fees will not be refunded if you cancel your order after artwork set-up has begun. Reorders of Custom Product incur no art charges as long as they are exactly the same as the original order. Please provide the reorder number and date of original order. Art will be kept on file 18 months from last order. Include all pertinent information: dealer account number, company name, phone number and contact name on all correspondence.

Order Changes / Backorders / Other Information
Add-ons, deletions or order cancellations are not possible because of the speed of our order processing. Please check your order for accuracy and completeness before submitting.
Stahls’ ID Direct™ makes every effort to stock a variety of items, colors and material. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified of availability, alternatives and charges.
Customers will be charged 2% per month on past due accounts. Orders on past due accounts may be delayed. Accounts with returned checks are subject to a $40.00 per check fee.

Customer Loyalty Program
As a thank you for your business, Stahls' ID Direct has created a Customer Loyalty Program. Our program rewards you for your purchases. The more you buy, the more you save! There is no need for you to sign up. All you have to do is be a registered dealer of Stahls' ID Direct. Each time you make a purchase, we make sure you get the discount.
Here's how it works:
• Each year, we will set your loyalty discount based on your last 12 months of sales.
• Once a quarter, we will upgrade loyalty discounts for customers whose sales volume, through the end of the previous quarter, qualifies them for a larger loyalty discount.
• Your loyalty discount will automatically be deducted from your invoice. Loyalty discounts may be revoked if your account is past due.

2. C.O.D. cashier check / money order.
3. C.O.D. company check.
4. Stahls' ID Direct™ net 30 account.
