I need to order small SimStitch numbers to press on the backs of ball caps. Can I order numbers that are 1" in height?
A:
The smallest available size of SimStitch letters and numbers is 2 inches.
Q:
Can I apply Sim Stitch letters and numbers with 2 different colors? For Example: background white with gold as the foreground.
A:
We recommend you heat apply two-color Sim Stitch letters and numbers in two steps:
Temp: 350°F; 177°C
Pressure: Medium/Firm
#6 based on Stahls’ Hotronix® heat presses.
Time: 10 seconds for background layer
Time: 30 seconds for foreground layer
(due to the thickness.) You may find these and all of our application instructions together.
Q:
I am trying to decide which product would be best to use on baseball jerseys. I am interested in a 2-color applique for the logo on the front. Not sure if this will need to be sewn or you have something that can be heat pressed on. I will then be putting a small number on the front of the jersey and then the player's last name and two-color number on the back of the jersey. Do you have recommendations on what products I should be using?

Pre-spaced SimStitch letters and numbers are not available.

Will SimStitch™ heat apply to nylon?
A:
SimStitch only applies to polyester and cotton.
Q:
What is the difference between Perma-TWILL® and Poly-TWILL™?
A:
Perma-TWILL has an adhesive that forms a permanent bond to the fabric once it is heat applied, so there is no need to sew it. The adhesive on Poly-TWILL is used for tacking purposes only. It must be sewn to secure the design to the fabric.

Can I order SimStitch in Poly-TWILL™ material?
A:
SimStitch is only available in Perma-TWILL® material.
