Returns

Request for Return Authorization

A request for return authorization must be made within 30 days of invoice date. In order to process your return quickly and accurately, returns can only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RA) issued by our Customer Service Quality Department; RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

All returned merchandise should be in its original condition. Products or equipment returned without an RA number will be refused and will not be processed for credit. Based upon the nature of the return, certain requests may be accommodated with an additional restocking fee.

Material Rolls/Yardage Return Policy

Complete rolls/yardage can be returned, damage-free, prepaid freight, with a 20% restocking fee within 30 days. Custom/non-stock items cannot be returned.

Custom Products Cannot be Returned

Custom designs and items cut to order from non-stock colors, styles, or fabrics are non-returnable.

Software, Cutters, Inks, and CDs cannot be returned.

Damaged packages should be noted as such with the carrier at time of delivery. Stahls' must be notified immediately and the product must be kept in its original packaging for carrier evaluation and/or return when applicable. Our 30-day return policy will still apply. If possible, damaged equipment should be photographed.

Return of Hotronix® Heat Press Equipment

A request for return must be made within 30 days of invoice. All returns require prior approval, which can be obtained by emailing Hotronix® Technical Support at techsupport@hotronix.com or submitting a support case at hotronix.com/support. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Based upon the nature of the return, requests are subject to a 20% restock fee and re-box/test fee of $99.00*. Custom platens are non-returnable. For In-Warranty claims please see our warranty page or call Hotronix® Technical Support. *$99.00 fee applies to heat presses only.

Returns of Blank Apparel

Cancelled orders or returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved in advance and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges. Merchandise that is not STAHLS’s will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of by STAHLS’. Discontinued or close-out items are not returnable. All returns must be prepaid. Please contact STAHLS’ Customer Service for a return authorization and shipping address.

Return of Stock Letters and Numbers

Stock items such as letters and numbers can be returned, damage free, at your own shipping expense within 30 days of invoice date. Cancelled orders or returns of such unwanted merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returnable stock letters and numbers in unopened packs or kits must meet the following criteria:

  • 2" Pro Block and Varsity Letters and Numbers in Thermo-FILM® in White, Black, Red, Royal, Gold, and Navy Foregrounds only.
  • 4", 6", 8" & 10" Pro Block and Varsity Numbers in Thermo-FILM® in White, Black, Red, Royal, Gold, and Navy Foregrounds only.
  • 4", 6", & 8" Team US Numbers in Thermo-FILM® in White, Black, Red, Royal, Gold, and Navy Foregrounds only.
