CAD-CUT® Super Film™ - for softness and stretch – With a light-tack frosted carrier, this similar to Premium Plus with a soft, matte finish and easy weedability on large designs. Available in 20" wide roll.

CAD-CUT® Fashion-FILM™ - for softness and a sticky backing Fashion-FILM has a sticky pressure sensitive carrier making it ideal for smaller graphics. Available in a 15" wide roll.

CAD-CUT® Fashion-LITE™ - for softness and a sticky backing Fashion-LITE has a sticky pressure sensitive carrier making it ideal for smaller graphics. Available in a 20" wide roll.

Care Instructions

Machine wash, using mild detergent. Do not bleach. Dry at a normal setting on household machines.

Cutting Notes

You should always test cut prior to any production run. Remember cutter settings will need to be adjusted as your blade ages. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 3/16” for lettering & logos.

Premium Plus is a stretch product. For improved cutting and weeding of stretch products we recommend a Stahls’ Premium Carbide Blade

Multi-Color Designs

Heat apply background for 2 seconds peel warm. Apply foreground for 8 seconds peel warm.

Please Note:

Due to the combination of fabrics, weaves, coatings, and dyes used in the textile industry, Stahls’ recommends and provides samples of our heat transfer materials and media for testing.

APPLICATION TIPS

  • Premium Plus works very well over seams, however be sure to increase your pressure slightly to accommodate for the uneven pressure areas.

Stahls’ is the first company in the imprinted sportswear industry to have a rigorous lab certification process. This ensures the highest quality materials to meet the needs of all of your real-world applications. Depending on the material, we run tests based on these parameters: safety, durability, and performance. The materials are rated on a scale from 1 to 5, 5 being the highest rating.

I am looking for a distressed look for my T-shirt designs. Is there a type of material that makes it look more distressed?
A:
Cotton Chino twill is the material that will offer the most distressed look. This effect increases after the garment is washed. We offer this material in our Distressed Appliqué product offering.

What material do you recommend for spandex?
A:
We have several heat transfer materials that heat apply to spandex. The best recommendation is Super Film, however, Premium Plus and Gorilla Grip may also be used. See the material fabric compatibility chart to further narrow your selections.

For a printable material, we recommend Opaque. You can also use our material selection chart to determine the proper material for your needs.

What product would I use for heat application to polypropylene bags?
A:
For polypropylene bags we recommend Premium Plus™ or Express Print. You can also use the material selection chart to determine the proper material for your needs.
Q:
I have a wrestling singlet. What material do I use to apply a logo?
A:
The best recommendation is for a nylon fabric is Gorilla Grip® II or, for a printable material, Opaque. Use the material selection chart to determine the proper material for your needs.
