This athletic-inspired heat transfer material features mesh-like holes for better breathability.

AirFlow exposes more fabric for improved air circulation and is ideally suited for athletic jerseys and uniforms. It can also be used to create designs for performance wear or fashion apparel.

Care Instructions

Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean.

Cutting Notes

You should always test cut prior to any production run. Remember cutter settings will need to be adjusted as your blade ages. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/32” for lettering & logos.

  • Although there is slightly more care needed in the weeding process, Airflow is easy to apply. Try it on performance apparel for increased breathability.

Why is a cover sheet necessary?
A:
A cover sheet not only protects your garment, it also protects your upper platen from stains, inks, adhesives, and scratches.
Q:
What caused my material to bunch while cutting?
A:
On a vinyl cutter, be sure the pinch rollers are locked down, securing the edges of your material to allow for continuous feed.
Q:
Why is it necessary to pre-heat a garment before heat applying?
A:
Pre-heating your garment removes the chemicals and moisture that may be in the garment due to manufacturing. Also, pre-heating assures a wrinkle free surface for heat application.
