Can I order some pre-sewn letters or numbers more distressed than others?

Pre-Sewn Distressed letters and numbers cannot be customized on a per-letter or number basis.
Q:
What is the best type of pre-cut letters to buy for T-shirts?
A:
Thermo-Film can be used for cotton, polyester, or a blend of cotton/poly and has superior opacity. If you want a soft, raised, velvet-like texture, try pre-cut letters in Thermo-Flock.
Q:
How much do pre-cut numbers and letters cost?
A:

I could not find your Thermo Tape under accessories, where can I find it?

I am not a business, but I am looking for letters/numbers for youth team use. I have a heat press and find that it is very difficult to find these. Can you help?

Stahls’ offers pre-cut letters and numbers, which you would lay out and space yourself, as well as pre-spaced text for jersey names and pre-spaced numbers. The most popular material for letters and numbers for team uniforms is Thermo-FILM®. This chart can be used to determine the correct size of letters and numbers for application to youth team uniforms.

What are pre-cut letters?
A:
Pre-cut letters are cut from steel dies and are sold in packs, making them an economical decorating option. Pre-cut letters require individual placement for layout. A set of layout boards is recommended for ease of application.
Q:
Should I used pre-spaced or pre-cut letters and numbers?
A:
Both are great options for adding a name or number to apparel. Pre-spaced eliminates the labor involved in layout. Pre-cuts are less expensive, but time will need to be spent aligning the letters or numbers.
Q:
What is the standard size for letters and numbers on the back of a jersey?
A:
Sizing will be based on the sport involved and whether the garment is youth or adult. As a general guideline, 2" or 3" for letters, 4,6,8,10" for numbers. You can view our placement chart here.

I am numbering shirts 1-150. What is the least expensive way to do this?
A:
Pre-Cut numbers are the most economical option for numbering shirts. They are available in packs or kits.
Q:
What accessories will I need to apply letters and numbers?
A:
Layout boards, Thermo-Tape, and cover sheets are all extremely helpful when applying letters and numbers. These accessories and more can be found here.

Are letters and numbers removable in the case of an application error?
A:
Letter Remover Solvent can be used to remove Thermo-FILM®, Thermo-GRIP®, or Thermo-FLOCK® from most fabrics. Thermo-GRIP must be removed within 48 hours of application.
