Specially developed alongside the SureColor F2000's new print heads, Epson® UltraChrome® DG ink is recommended for use with the Epson DTG printer.
Q:
What size platen was included when I bought my Epson® SureColor® Direct-to-Garment printer?
A:
Your SureColor F2000 came with a medium 14" x 16" platen. The large, small, and sleeve platens are optional additional equipment.
Q:
What adjustments should I make after changing the platen on my Epson® SureColor® F2000 printer?
A:
It is recommended that you always align the printer's print head after changing the platen.
Q:
How should I store my Epson® UltraChrome® DG ink and cleaning cartridges?
A:
Store your ink and cleaning cartridges at room temperature, laying flat. Do not store cartridges standing upright.
Q:
How long can I store my Epson® UltraChrome® DG ink?
A:
The recommended maximum shelf life for UltraChrome DG ink is two years. Once the cartridges have been installed in the printer, it is recommended that they be used no longer than 6 months.
Q:
How do I know when to clean the print heads on my Epson® SureColor® F2000 printer?
A:
Print heads should be cleaned periodically. If you notice lines in printed images or a general decline in print quality, perform a nozzle check to determine if print head cleaning is necessary.

When should I replace the air filter on my Epson® SureColor® F2000 printer?
A:
A message will be displayed on the printer control panel, informing you when it is time to replace the air filter.
