Do you have distressed football designs in twill or felt? If so, does it come in the color Vegas gold?
A:
We offer Distressed Appliqué in chino twill and acrylic felt. Currently, both materials offered for Distressed Appliqué have a pressure sensitive backing (which helps hold the material in place while sewing). Chino twill is available in Vegas gold.
Q:
My machine takes .dst and .jef files. Which program do I choose?
A:
Stahls’ Embroidery Express sew file formats are Tajima (.DST), Melco Dos (.EXP), and Toyota (.10O).

Where do I upload my custom cut artwork?

Q:
How does my sew disk work?
A:
Ordering a sew disk with your appliqués simplifies the process for you. First a placement stitch will show you where to place the layer of appliqués. This is then secured with a tack-down stitch. The edges of the appliqués and any direct embroidery are then added. If there are multiple layers in the appliqués, each layer will have a placement and a tack-down stitch.

What is an appliqué stop?
A:
An appliqué stop is where the needle stops after sewing the garment.

How do I find my reorder number?
A:
The reorder number is located on the packing slip under the bar code. Reorders can only be placed by calling our Customer Service Department 800-478-2457.
