If color changes are needed, please provide a color from our Stahls' Digital color palette, a PANTONE^® color, or CMYK values. Please convert all fonts to outlines or curves before submitting artwork.

To convert fonts using CorelDRAW^®: With your art ungrouped, select all type and convert it to curves by selecting "Arrange/Convert to Curves." Note that script type styles will need to be welded in addition to being converted to curves.

To convert fonts using Adobe^® Illustrator^®: With your art ungrouped, select all type and convert it to outlines by selecting "Type/Create Outlines."

Note: For DTG Printing, raster format .png or .tif with a transparent background is preferred.

We also accept the following formats. Please be aware that art fees may apply.

Please provide artwork with a resolution of at least 150 dpi at actual size. For each inch of your design add 150 pixels (for example, 4" x 4" = 600 x 600 pixels; 12" x 14" = 1800 x 2100 pixels).

Higher resolution images will have better results. Avoid using images from the internet, as most do not print with an acceptable level of quality.

If you fail to follow the minimum recommendations, your image quality will be distorted or pixelated and Stahls' ID Direct will not be responsible for poor printing quality.

Please note: Due to limitations in four color printing, exact color matching is not always attainable. We recommend selecting colors from the Stahls' Digital color palette to ensure the best color matching available. True metallic and neon colors cannot be printed with our digital process.

Custom orders are made especially for you. We cannot accept returns on custom products. Please review your paper proof thoroughly. Once your signature is received indicating that your proof is correct, the order will be non-refundable / non-returnable.

Purchasing professional, college, and corporate custom designs for the purpose of profiting from the identity of those designs requires a license. The unauthorized use of registered trademarks and copyrighted logos or designs is illegal. When manufacturing products which incorporate these logos, we assume that you have obtained permission. We do, however, reserve the right to ask for written confirmation of this permission. Stahls' accepts no liability for any unauthorized use of such material. Stahls' ID Direct™ reserves the right to refuse to cut and / or design a dealer's order or parts of an order which are deemed to be offensive or which may allegedly be in violation of any legal statute.
